For 01.09.2025 we are looking for trainees as Technical Product Designer (M/F/D) – Machine and Plant Design

We train in accordance with the IHK training regulations.
After the training period, our trainees are integrated into the current designs and our company processes. A number of inter-company courses and further training are offered. The apprenticeship lasts 3 1/2 years, the vocational school is in Augsburg (Berufsschule I).

Required educational qualification: At least qualified secondary school leaving certificate. Applicants should come from the surrounding area.

As of 01.09.2025 we are looking for trainees as industrial mechanics (M/F/D)

Due to their training, industrial mechanics are qualified to work in the manufacture and maintenance of machines and production systems. They work in individual and small series assembly or in maintenance, alone and as part of a team. The basics of the interaction of machine elements for the function of power, work and special machines are trained and applied here.

Requirements
> At least a qualifying secondary school certificate
> Good grades in mathematics, physics and other science subjects as well as English
> Technical aptitude, practical understanding and the ability to work in a team
> Willingness to learn and a high degree of independence
> Sense of responsibility, diligence and initiative

Duration of training
> 3.5 years

Training content
> Manufacture, testing, commissioning of power, work, tool and special machines, auxiliary equipment
> Maintenance, inspection and repair
> Interlinking of systems
> Use of semi-finished, finished and standard parts
> Production of assembly modules
> Manual and machine processing techniques
> Joining and assembly techniques
> Work with modern control technology (pneumatics/hydraulics)

For 01.09.2025 we are looking for a trainee as a specialist for metal technology (m/f/d)

As a specialist in metal technology – specializing in construction technology, you are an expert in the production of metal structures. Your training will range from basic skills such as filing and drilling to the various welding processes (TIG / MIG / MAG) and laser technology.

What you can expect
During the 2-year apprenticeship, you will get to know all activities in the field of welding / sheet metal processing, so that you can build up a wide range of specialist knowledge.
