BARL discharge aid are used to empty silos and hoppers for dust-shaped, fine-grained and granulate bulk materials up to 30 – 40 mm with many different physical properties.

Our discharge aid loosens up the bulk material, destroys bridges and promotes the mass flow. The outer cone is firmly connected to the container with a flange. A shut-off element and the subsequent transport element can be connected directly and easily to the outlet flange. The inner vibration insert is made up of a relief cone and has a paddle reaching down to the outlet. The relief cone protects the outlet from the bulk material pressure. Bridge formation in the area of the vibration insert is prevented by the tip protruding upwards.
